Electraimpianti

Control Panels

The Control Division designs and builds fire control panels, industrial electrical panels and fire pump control panels for fire protection, industrial, HVAC, Oil & Gas and marine applications. Over 80 specialists, 4,000 m² of dedicated wiring area and an R&D department developing proprietary electronics.

We are one of the few companies worldwide FM approved and UL listed for fire pump control panels.

Fire Pump Control Panels

Fire Pump Control Panels Designed to Specification

Every panel starts from a precise technical requirement: supply voltage, load type, installation environment, applicable standard.

Whether you need a panel for a fire pump set, a panel for a diesel generator or an ATEX-classified installation, Electraimpianti is a single technical contact managing engineering, manufacturing, testing and after-sales support.

Fire pump controllers

Fire pump controllers

Dedicated HMI and I/O boards developed by our in-house R&D team. Compliant with EN 12845 and 17451, APSAD A2P NFPA 20, available as non-listed or UL/FM Approved. The range extends up to 350 kW with simplified HMI and proprietary battery charger.
ATEX-rated panels

ATEX-rated panels

Designed and built for classified explosive atmosphere areas, in compliance with ATEX directive 2014/34/EU. For Oil & Gas, chemical and industrial applications.
HVAC control panels

HVAC control panels

Start-up and control systems for heating, ventilation and air conditioning in industrial environments, developed through long-term partnerships with HVAC manufacturers.
Electraimpianti is an UL508A Certified Facility and our Engineers have the UL qualification to design and manufacture control panels UL508A.
Machine-mounted and Industrail control panels

Machine-mounted and Industrail control panels

Control panels designed for direct integration onto machinery, particularly pumping groups. Compact, robust, engineered to operate in the same conditions as the equipment they control.

Scalable solutions for large-scale supply projects or individual engineering projects with complex industrial requirements

Electraimpianti is an UL508A Certified Facility and our Engineers have the UL qualification to design and manufacture control panels UL508A.
Low-voltage distribution panels

Low-voltage distribution panels

Voltage transformers and frequency converters for industrial and commercial applications.
Generator sets control panels

Generator sets control panels

Control and management panels for diesel generator sets. Automatic, manual or parallel operation, integrated with the Energy Division's packages.
Fire Pump Control Panels

R&D: Proprietary Electronics for Fire Pump Control Panels

Unlike competitors who integrate third-party electronics, our R&D department develops dedicated components inhouse.

Proprietary HMI displays for fire pump monitoring and control. Dedicated I/O boards engineered for the specific signal requirements offire control panels. Proprietary battery charger developed for the UL/FM range, reducing cost and improving reliability.

We control the technology inside our panels, not just the enclosure.

Integration with the Other Divisions

Every panel for fire pumps or generators can be designed alongside the mechanical package from the Fire & Water and Energy Divisions.

The panel and the system are developed in parallel, tested together and delivered as a single supply to avoid interface issues between panel and package and therefore commissioning delays.
