Electraimpianti studies, designs, and produces control and distribution panels for many different applications and fields.
Through its technical department, Electraimpianti also designs and produces control panels for
installation in extreme environments such as
deserts, coastal areas, off-shore platforms, or
ATEX classified areas.
The wiring production area of the control panel division occupies a surface area of around 4,000 square metres and is equipped with
cutting-edge automations to support the more than 50 specialised wiring technicians.
The quality management system certified by DNV-GL in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. The key processes such as crimping and tightening
are constantly monitored and are subjected to tensile and torque tests, among others.
The final quality check is carried out on 100% of the products using high-performance measuring, marking, and control instruments.
The company is able to design and produce industrial control panels in accordance with UL508A standards
The qualified staff regularly attends refresher courses and performs, feasibility studies, cost analyses, provides, consultancy, selects and determines the rating of components based on the reference standards and client specifications.
Control panels for fire suppression systems
Thanks to the internal
research and development department,
Electraimpianti has specialised in the production of HMI and I/O printed
circuit boards for each of the reference standards in the fire fighting market,
integrated into its control panels.
Electraimpianti designs and produces control panels in accordance with EN12845, NFPA20 non-listed or FM approved.
Industrial control panels
Electraimpianti has a solid production facility which is organised and supported by the most modern managerial tools to cover large-scale supplies or individual projects.
